PORTABLE TOILETS TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Customer agrees to exercise reasonable care in the use and handling of the Potable Toilet(s), and will be held responsible for damages to the Portable Toilet(s) over normal wear and tear, or less due to negligence.
  2. By accepting delivery of this unit, you are fully responsible for any or all destruction of unit(s) and/or liability to person(s) using said facilities.
  3. Toilets must be placed in an area where a heavy truck may reach the unit(s) within 10 ft. John's Sanitation, will not be held responsible for any damage to lawns, sidewalks, driveways, septic systems, sprinkler systems, etc.

SEPTIC TANK TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. John's Sanitation will not be responsible for or held liable for any damage incurred to sidewalks, sprinkler systems, driveways, lawns or irrigation systems, etc.
  2. Customer understands and agrees to hold harmless John's Sanitation Septic Tank Services for any and all damages that may arise out of digging up and pumping of a septic system.
